I am a former K-12 Technology Teacher turned CTE Director for the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (ASDB). I bring a unique blend of instructional expertise and strategic leadership to the field of Career and Technical Education (CTE). With a passion for preparing students for success in their postsecondary endeavors, I am committed to developing innovative CTE programs that bridge the gap between education and industry.
Drawing upon my experience as a technology teacher, I understand the importance of equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. I am dedicated to creating meaningful postsecondary pathways for our students and ensuring they are well-prepared to address their transitional goals.
I am also an Ed.D student in Arizona State University’s Leadership and Innovation program. I am deeply committed to exploring the dynamic relationship between CTE and technology in an educational context. I aim to uncover effective strategies and best practices to equip educators with the tools and knowledge needed to prepare students for success in the modern workforce.
